Third, the structure brief
1 Overview
The furnace structure is mainly composed of furnace body, heating element, lifting mechanism, rapid cooling device, and temperature control system.
Furnace shell made of steel and steel plate welded together, with refractory brick into the furnace to improve the furnace insulation performance.
The heating element is placed on the furnace wall with OCr25Al5 resistance wire.
The furnace has a heat-resistant plate welded into a furnace. The upper part of the furnace tank is equipped with a drainage water inlet device, an air intake device, which can be cooled down according to the requirements of the user, and the water cooling device is installed.
   In order to make the workpiece evenly in contact with the gas, the furnace shell is equipped with a fan (anti-corrosion all-sealed fan), used to force the air circulation, so that the furnace temperature and gas uniform. There is a leak-proof seal on the fan hub and cooled with cooling water.
   The lift of the lid is provided with hydraulic lifting mechanism, the power provided by the 10/25 hydraulic device.
   When the lid is to rise, as long as the start of the hydraulic device, the lid that is slowly rising; for the furnace lid down, as long as the loose hydraulic device in the internal thread valve, the lid is slowly decreased. In the lifting shaft, there are two limit switch, when the lift shaft rise, the following a limit switch automatically cut off the electric fan power, so as to avoid the risk of operation; when the lid up, the above a limit automatically cut off the hydraulic device power , To prevent the lift shaft out of the cylinder accident
